Flame is Europe’s largest and most influential meeting place for the global gas industry. Taking place on 12 – 13 October, Flame 2020 will provide a vital forum for 600+ gas and LNG professionals to discuss the outlook for natural gas consumption in Europe, Asia and key global markets.
EWI Director Professor Marc Oliver Bettzüge will participate on both days: First as a panelist for “Germany’s Gas Dialogue 2030 – Next Steps for Germany’s Energy Mix & Policy: Research on Infrastructure, Green Gases, Investment and Supply” – and second as a moderator for “Companies, political financing factors for new energy projects – Who will finance projects that do not seem feasible today in an environment of low gas prices? Which entrepreneurial, political and political driving forces could influence (sustainable) future investments?”.
